Who we are
Slim Prep runs training programs and AI services. When this policy says “we” it means Slim Prep. You can reach us any time at hello@theslimprep.com.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to type into a form on this site. Nothing more.
- Waitlist form: your name, email address, and which program you picked.
- Consultation form: your name, email, company, the service you are interested in, a rough budget range, and the project notes you write.
We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not buy or sell data about you.
Why we collect it
To reply to you. Waitlist details let us email you before a cohort opens. Consultation details let us understand your project and write back with next steps. We use your information to respond to the request you made, and for nothing else without asking you first.
Who processes it
Our forms are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form-to-email service that passes your submission along and does not store it long term. Your message also lives in our email provider once it arrives, the same as any email you send us. We pick services that take privacy seriously, but you should read their policies if the detail matters to you.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we are in contact about a program or project, and a reasonable window after, in case you come back. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless we are required to keep a record for legal or accounting reasons.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. You can also tell us to stop emailing you at any point. Email hello@theslimprep.com and we will handle it. Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR or CCPA may give you further rights, and this policy does not take any of them away.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top. If the change is significant and we have your email, we will tell you directly.
